Our Seamless Process
Our app guides you through the process from submission to treatment
1. Submit your details
Verify your identity and provide your GP details. Then upload photos of your skin concern, fill in the medical questionnaire and select your preferred option.
2. Get assessed within 3 days
One of our Consultant Dermatologists will review your details and give a tailored skincare plan as well as a list of products for you to buy separately. You may also book a telephone consultation within 2 weeks.
3. Start your skincare plan
Purchase your recommended products from any pharmacy. We also offer a 30 day aftercare plan.
What we help with
We offer skincare advice and anti-ageing advice to adults across the UK. We provide tailored skincare plans based on over-the-counter products and selected by our Clinical Lead.
What we don't treat remotely
We don't currently treat medical conditions remotely. Instead, you can book one of our in-person appointments based in Cambridge at the Spire Lea Hospital. Please note that this involves joining a waiting list.
